What we process

Account email, saved brand briefs, campaign objectives, generated concepts, subscription status, and limited operational logs needed to secure and run the service.

How we use it

We use this data to authenticate your workspace, generate requested creative work, enforce usage, support billing, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures. Brand text is sent to the configured AI provider only when you request generation.

Retention and control

Workspace data remains associated with your account until deletion is requested or required for security, legal, or billing records. Do not enter secrets, regulated health data, or personal customer data into a brand brief.

Service providers

Hookloom uses Supabase for authentication and data storage, deployment providers for application delivery, an AI gateway for generation, and Stripe when billing is activated.
